Car
From the center of Giethoorn, head southwest on Dorpsgracht towards Vonderweg. Continue straight until you reach the T-junction and turn left onto Vonderweg. Follow Vonderweg for about 3 kilometers. You will see signs directing you to Lemmer. Continue on the N331 road for about 12 kilometers until you reach the exit for Lemmer. Once in Lemmer, follow the signs to Gemaalweg. The Wouda pumping station will be on your right at Gemaalweg 1a.

From Giethoorn, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on the main road, Dwarsgracht. Take bus line 70 towards Heerenveen. After about 25 minutes, get off at the Lemmer, Station stop. From the bus stop, walk towards the Gemaalweg street, which is approximately a 15-minute walk. The Wouda pumping station is located at Gemaalweg 1a, just follow the signs as you walk.
