    Car

    If you are traveling by car, start by heading towards the A1 highway. From Gooi, take the A1 direction Amersfoort. After about 25 km, take exit 15-Bunnik towards Bunnik. Merge onto the N237 and continue for about 5 km. Turn left onto Vossegatsedijk. Fort Rhijnauwen will be on your right after approximately 1 km. Make sure to check for parking options nearby.

    Public Transportation

    To reach Fort Rhijnauwen via public transportation, take a train from a nearby station in Gooi (such as Hilversum or Naarden-Bussum) to Bunnik station. Trains run frequently and the journey takes about 30 minutes. From Bunnik station, exit and catch bus number 45 towards 'De Bilt'. Get off at the stop 'Vossegatsedijk'. From there, it is a short 10-minute walk to the fort, which is located at Vossegatsedijk 5.

    Bicycle

    For those who prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from local bike rental shops in Gooi. Use cycling paths that lead to Bunnik. The most scenic route is along the river and through the forests, which takes approximately 1 hour. Follow the signs towards Bunnik, and then navigate to Vossegatsedijk. The fort will be located at Vossegatsedijk 5.
