If you are starting from the Groningen Central Station, exit the station and head south towards the Grote Markt. Walk straight along the Hereweg until you reach the intersection with the Gedempte Zuiderdiep. Turn right onto the Gedempte Zuiderdiep and continue walking until you reach the Grote Markt. Once at the Grote Markt, look for the Martinitoren (the tower of the Martinikerk). From the Grote Markt, walk down the Oosterstraat, which will lead you to the Gasthuisstraat. Turn left onto the Gasthuisstraat, and Jacob- en Annagasthuis will be on your left at number 26.
