Walking
From Haarlem city center, head east towards the main train station (Haarlem Station). Once you reach the station, take the train to Amsterdam Centraal Station. The train ride takes approximately 15-20 minutes. After arriving at Amsterdam Centraal, exit the station and walk towards the Damrak street. Continue straight onto Damstraat, which will lead you directly to the Dam Square. From Dam Square, walk west along Rokin Street until you reach the intersection with Prinsengracht street. Turn left onto Prinsengracht and continue walking until you reach number 112, where the Amsterdam Cheese Museum is located.
Public Transport
Start at Haarlem Station and take a train to Amsterdam Centraal Station. Trains run frequently, so you won't have to wait long. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Centraal Station, exit the station and look for tram line 13 or 17. Board the tram heading to the 'Westermarkt' stop. After about 8 minutes, get off at the Westermarkt stop. From there, walk south on Prinsengracht for about 5 minutes until you reach the Amsterdam Cheese Museum at 112 Prinsengracht.
