Walking
From the central square of Haarlem, Grote Markt, head south on the Grote Houtstraat. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Spaarne River. Cross the bridge over the river and turn left onto the Koudenhorn. Follow this road as it curves around, and then take a right onto the Gedempte Oude Gracht. Continue walking straight until you reach the main train station, Haarlem Centraal. From there, take a train to Amsterdam Centraal (approximately 15 minutes). Once you arrive at Amsterdam Centraal, follow the signs to the GVB tram station. Take tram number 2 or 12 towards 'Leidseplein'. Get off at the 'Leidseplein' stop, and you will find the Internationaal Theater Amsterdam at Leidseplein 26.
Public Transport
Start at Haarlem Centraal station. Purchase a ticket for Amsterdam Centraal (approximately 5 euros). Board a train heading to Amsterdam. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Centraal station, exit and look for the GVB tram station. Take tram number 2 or 12 from the station towards 'Leidseplein'. The journey on the tram will take about 10 minutes. Get off at 'Leidseplein', and the Internationaal Theater Amsterdam is located at Leidseplein 26, a short walk from the tram stop.
