Getting There

Walking
If you are in the center of Haarlem, start at the Grote Markt. Head east towards the Spaarne River, then turn right onto the Spaarne. Continue walking along the river until you reach the bridge. Cross the bridge and follow the signs to the train station. Once you reach the train station, take a train to Utrecht. Upon arriving in Utrecht, exit the train station and walk towards the city center. You will find signs directing you to the Museum Speelklok, located at Steenweg 6.

From Haarlem, walk to the Haarlem train station, which is located near the city center. Purchase a ticket to Utrecht at the ticket machine or counter. Board a train heading towards Utrecht – there are frequent connections, so you shouldn't have to wait long. Once you arrive at Utrecht Central Station, follow the signs to the exit. From there, you can either walk or take a bus. If walking, head towards the city center, and you will see Steenweg street. The Museum Speelklok is located at Steenweg 6.

Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Haarlem. Start by heading southeast towards the Spaarne River, then follow the bike paths leading out of Haarlem towards Utrecht. The ride will take you through some beautiful Dutch countryside. Once you arrive in Utrecht, follow the signs towards the city center. Park your bicycle near the Steenweg, and you'll find the Museum Speelklok at Steenweg 6.
