Walking
From the center of Haarlem, head towards the Haarlem train station. Once you reach the station, take a train to Amsterdam Central Station. This journey will take approximately 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Central Station, exit the station and head towards the front of the station where you will see the main square. From there, walk south along the Damrak. Continue straight until you reach Dam Square (about a 10-minute walk). From Dam Square, turn left onto Rokin street and walk for about 5 minutes until you reach the canal at Herengracht. Turn right onto Herengracht and walk until you reach number 170, where Museumhuis Bartolotti is located.
Public Transport
Start your journey at Haarlem's main bus station, which is located near the city center. Take bus line 300 towards Amsterdam. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes. Disembark at the Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena station. From there, walk to the Amsterdam Central Station. Once at Central Station, follow the above walking instructions from the station to reach Museumhuis Bartolotti at Herengracht 170.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the rental shops in Haarlem. Cycle from Haarlem to Amsterdam by following the designated bike paths. The route will take you through beautiful countryside and will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Amsterdam, head towards the Herengracht canal. Use your bike to navigate to Herengracht 170, where Museumhuis Bartolotti is located.
