From the Haarlem city center, head southeast towards the Grote Markt. Once you reach the square, walk towards the main street, Zijlstraat. Continue walking straight along Zijlstraat until you reach the train station (Haarlem Station), approximately a 15-minute walk. At Haarlem Station, take the train towards Gouda. The train ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Gouda Station, exit the station and walk towards the city center. Turn left onto Stationsweg and follow it until you reach the intersection with the main road, Korte Tiendeweg. Continue straight until you reach Punt 17, where 't Slot is located. The mill is a short walk from the city center and easily recognizable.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the many rental shops in Haarlem. Start at the city center and head towards the Spaarne river. Follow the bike path along the river until you reach the junction with the Zijlweg. Turn right onto Zijlweg and continue straight until you reach the train station (Haarlem Station).
