If you are in the center of Haarlem, start at the main square, Grote Markt. Head southeast towards the Spaarne River, following the signs for the Spaarnehaven. Once you reach the river, turn left and walk along the riverbank. Continue walking for about 15 minutes until you reach the bridge. You will see 'Bridge 15' marked clearly on the bridge itself.
