    If you are starting from the city center of Haarlem, head southeast on Grote Markt towards the Bakenessergracht. Continue straight until you reach the intersection. Turn left onto the Bakenessergracht and walk until you reach the train station, Haarlem Centraal. From there, take a train heading towards Leiden. The train journey will take approximately 20 minutes. Upon arrival at Leiden Centraal, exit the station and head south on Stationsweg. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach Stadhuisplein. The Leiden City Hall will be located on your left at Stadhuisplein 1.

    Bicycle

    For a more scenic route, consider renting a bicycle in Haarlem. Start from the city center and head towards the Spaarne River. Follow the river southbound until you reach the bike path that leads to Leiden. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Leiden, head towards the city center, and you will find Stadhuisplein after crossing the main intersection. The City Hall is located at Stadhuisplein 1.
