Walking
If you're starting from the Haarlem train station, exit the station and head straight onto the Stationsplein. Turn left onto the Zijlweg and continue until you reach the Zijlbrug. Cross the bridge and continue straight on the Zijlweg. After about 10 minutes, you will arrive at the city center. Continue onto the Grote Markt, where you’ll see the impressive St. Bavochurch. From there, walk towards the back of the church, and you will find Nieuwe Kerk at Nieuwe Kerksplein 36, just a short walk away.
Walking
From the Frans Hals Museum, exit the museum and head southeast on Groot Heiligland towards the Spaarne River. Walk along the river until you reach the junction with the Zijlweg. Turn right onto the Zijlweg and continue until you reach the Grote Markt. At the Grote Markt, turn left and walk towards the back of St. Bavochurch. Nieuwe Kerk is located behind it, at Nieuwe Kerksplein 36.

If you are at the Teylers Museum, exit the museum and head left onto the Spaarne River. Walk along the river until you reach the junction with the Zijlweg. Turn right onto Zijlweg and continue straight until you arrive at the Grote Markt. Once at the Grote Markt, turn right and walk past St. Bavochurch towards the Nieuwe Kerksplein. Nieuwe Kerk will be on your right at Nieuwe Kerksplein 36.
Public Transport
While Haarlem is a walkable city, if you are at a further distance, you can take a bus. From any bus stop in the city center, look for bus lines that head towards 'Haarlem Centraal' or 'Grote Markt'. Get off at the stop nearest to Grote Markt, then follow the walking instructions from the Grote Markt to Nieuwe Kerk.
