If you are in the center of Haarlem, make your way to the Grote Markt. From the Cathedral of St. Bavo, head towards the square. Once you reach the Grote Markt, look for the City Hall, which is located at Grote Markt 2. The Visit Haarlem tourist information center is situated right inside City Hall. It is a short walk from anywhere in the city center, typically no more than 10 minutes.
Public Transport
If you are coming from Haarlem's main train station (Haarlem Centraal), exit the station and head towards the bus stop located directly outside. Take bus number 50, 80, or 140 towards Haarlem City Center. Get off at the 'Grote Markt' stop. From there, you can easily walk to the City Hall, located at Grote Markt 2, where Visit Haarlem is located. This journey takes approximately 10 minutes.
