Car
If you are traveling by car within the IJsselmeer Polders, head towards the town of Lelystad. From Lelystad, take the N302 road heading towards Enkhuizen. Follow N302 for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the junction for the Houtribdijk. Continue on the Houtribdijk, and you will see signs for Trintelzand. The nature preserve is located just off the dike, and there is parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach Trintelzand via public transportation, start by taking a train to Lelystad. From Lelystad station, transfer to Bus Line 141 towards Enkhuizen. Get off at the stop 'Houtribdijk' which is closest to Trintelzand. From the bus stop, you will need to walk approximately 1 kilometer along the dike towards the nature preserve. Bicycle
For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Lelystad. After renting, follow the designated cycling paths along the N302 towards Enkhuizen.
