Start at Utrecht Central Station. Exit the station and head towards the city center by following the signs to the 'Stadscentrum'. Walk straight along Vredenburg and continue onto the Oudegracht canal. Follow the canal until you reach the intersection with the Nieuwegracht. Continue walking until you reach 'Vismarkt' square. At Vismarkt, turn right onto 'Oudegracht' and continue walking until you reach the canal side. From Vismarkt, locate the nearest tram stop and board tram line 2 towards 'De Uithof'. Stay on the tram for about 10 minutes. Get off at 'Museumlaan' tram stop. Once you exit the tram, walk towards the direction of 'Herengracht'. You will walk straight for about 5 minutes until you arrive at Herengracht 170, where Museumhuis Bartolotti is located.
