Car
If you're driving from Kennemerland, take the A9 motorway towards Amsterdam. After about 20 kilometers, merge onto the A4 towards The Hague. Continue on the A4 for approximately 30 kilometers, then take exit 8 for The Hague Centrum. Follow the signs for Centrum and merge onto the N44. Continue until you reach the roundabout and take the second exit onto the Javastraat. Follow Javastraat, and then turn left onto Carnegieplein. The Peace Palace will be on your left at Carnegieplein 2, 2517 KJ Den Haag. Note that parking might incur a fee, so check local parking regulations.

Public Transportation
From Kennemerland, take a train from Haarlem station to The Hague Central Station (Den Haag Centraal). The journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at The Hague Central Station, exit the station and take tram line 17 towards Statenkwartier. Get off at the 'Kneuterdijk' stop. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk to the Peace Palace. Head south on Kneuterdijk, then turn left onto Carnegieplein. The Peace Palace will be on your right at Carnegieplein 2, 2517 KJ Den Haag. Keep in mind that the tram ticket costs around €3.50.
