Car
If you're driving from central Kinderdijk, head north towards the N214 road. Continue on the N214 for approximately 5 km. Then, take the exit towards Pijnacker. Follow the signs for Pijnacker, and you will find Ackerdijkse Plassen located on your right as you enter the area. There is parking available near the lake.

Public Transportation
From Kinderdijk, walk to the nearest bus stop (Kinderdijk, Bovenkruier). Take bus line 154 towards Pijnacker. After about 15 minutes, get off at the stop Pijnacker, Zestienhoven. From there, it’s a short 10-minute walk to Ackerdijkse Plassen. Head east on Zestienhoven, then turn right onto Akkerdijk. Continue straight until you reach the lake.
