Car
From Kinderdijk, head southeast on the N214 road towards the A15 motorway. Merge onto the A15 and continue for about 20 kilometers. Take the exit towards The Hague (Den Haag) and follow the signs for the city center. Once you reach the city center, look for parking options nearby, such as Parkeergarage Malieveld, located at 2517 KK Den Haag. After parking, walk towards Lange Vijverberg, which is a short 10-minute walk straight ahead.
Public Transportation
From Kinderdijk, take bus line 90 towards Rotterdam. Get off at the Rotterdam Centraal station. From there, take a train to The Hague (Den Haag Centraal). After arriving at Den Haag Centraal, exit the station and walk towards the tram stop. Take tram line 9 towards Scheveningen and get off at the 'Lange Voorhout' stop. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to Lange Vijverberg, where you will find the Standbeeld Jantje.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle in Kinderdijk. Head northeast on the local bike paths towards the city of Dordrecht. From there, follow signs directing you to The Hague, which is approximately 30 kilometers away. The route will take you through scenic areas. Upon reaching The Hague, navigate towards Lange Vijverberg, located near the city center. The ride should take around 2 hours, depending on your pace.
