Car
If you are driving, head to Overwaard 3, 2961 AT Kinderdijk. From the main road (N214), turn onto the road towards Kinderdijk. Follow the signs for the windmills and Wisboomgemaal. You will find ample parking near the location, but be aware that parking fees may apply. Make sure to check for any parking restrictions.
Public Transportation
To reach Wisboomgemaal via public transport, take the train to the nearest station, which is 'Sliedrecht Boven-Hardinxveld'. From there, board bus line 154 towards Kinderdijk. Get off at the 'Kinderdijk' stop. From the bus stop, it is a short 15-minute walk following the signs towards the windmills. You’ll need to walk along the dike path, and you will see Wisboomgemaal on your left as you approach.
Bicycle
If you prefer biking, Kinderdijk is very bike-friendly. Rent a bike at one of the rental shops in the area. From the center of Kinderdijk, follow the bike paths towards Overwaard 3. The ride will take approximately 10 minutes. Look for directional signs leading to Wisboomgemaal as you ride along the dike.
