    From Leiden Central Station, take bus line 30 towards Amsterdam, and get off at the stop 'Amsterdam, Westermarkt'. From there, walk towards the Prinsengracht canal, and turn left. Continue walking for about 10 minutes, and you will reach the Amsterdam Tulip Museum at Prinsengracht 116.

    From Leiden Central Station, take a train to Amsterdam Central Station. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Central, exit the station and head towards the IJ River. Walk straight until you reach the Damrak street, then turn right onto Damstraat. Continue walking until you reach the Rokin, then turn left. Follow the Rokin until it becomes the Herengracht canal, then turn left onto Prinsengracht. The Amsterdam Tulip Museum will be on your right at Prinsengracht 116.

    You can rent a bike in Leiden and cycle towards Amsterdam. Follow the cycling path from Leiden across the countryside, which takes you to Amsterdam.
