Once you arrive at The Hague Central Station, exit the station and head towards the bus terminal located just outside the station. Look for bus number 22 towards Scheveningen. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride, which takes around 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Zwarte Pad' stop. From there, walk towards the beach; you will see signs directing you to De Pier. It's about a 10-minute walk along the beach promenade.
