Walking
From the Leiden Central Station, exit towards Stationsplein and head straight. Walk down the main road, Breestraat, until you reach the intersection with the Haarlemmerstraat. Turn left onto Haarlemmerstraat and continue until you reach the city center. Follow signs for the train station and head to the bus terminal. Take a bus to Dordrecht. Once you arrive in Dordrecht, head towards Museumstraat. The Dordrechts Museum is located at Museumstraat 40. It is about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the rental shops in Leiden. Start from the city center and follow the bike paths towards Dordrecht. The route will take you through scenic countryside. Upon reaching Dordrecht, follow the signs to the city center. The Dordrechts Museum is a short bike ride away from the main square, located on Museumstraat 40.
Train
To reach the Dordrechts Museum via train, head to Leiden Central Station. Purchase a ticket to Dordrecht and board a train that heads to Rotterdam or Dordrecht. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Dordrecht station, follow the signs to the bus terminal and catch a local bus to the city center, or take a 20-minute walk to Museumstraat 40 where the museum is located.
