Follow the signs to the bus station, and then take bus line 43 towards Amsterdam. Get off at the Amsterdam Central Station stop. From the station, walk towards the Damrak street and continue on it for about 800 meters. Then turn left onto the Oudezijds Achterburgwal, and you will find the Erotic Museum at number 54.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops around Leiden Central Station. Head towards the N207 road from the station and follow the signs for the A44 highway. After about 9 kilometers, follow the signs to Amsterdam and merge onto the A10 ring road. Once you reach Amsterdam, follow the signs to the city center. Park your bike at one of the designated bike parking areas near Amsterdam Central Station. From there, walk towards the Damrak street and continue for about 800 meters.
