Bus

From Leiden, walk to the nearest bus stop at the Beestenmarkt. Look for bus number 43 towards 'Amsterdam' or 'Zuid' direction. The bus will take you directly to Amsterdam. After approximately 45-60 minutes, disembark at the 'Heineken Experience' stop. From there, walk a short distance to Stadhouderskade 78. It should take you about 5 minutes to reach your destination.
Train

Make your way to Leiden Centraal station. Purchase a train ticket to Amsterdam Centraal. Trains run frequently and the journey will take about 35-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Centraal, exit the station and head towards the tram stop. Take tram number 12 towards 'Zuid' or tram number 2 towards 'Zuid' and get off at 'Heineken Experience' stop.
