    Getting There

    Walking

    From the central train station (Leiden Centraal), exit the station and head southwest on Stationsweg. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Beestenmarkt. Turn right onto Beestenmarkt, and walk until you reach the large square, where you will see the historic buildings around. Continue straight through the square, which will lead you to the Hooglandse Kerk, a famous landmark in Leiden. From here, head to the left towards the Breestraat. Walk past the shops and cafes until you reach the intersection with the Haarlemmerstraat. Turn right, and after a few minutes, you will see the beautiful canals of Leiden. Follow the canal path until you reach the end, then turn left at the traffic lights. Continue straight until you reach the main street, and you will arrive at Max Euweplein, a vibrant square surrounded by cafes and shops.

    Bicycle

    Start at the central train station (Leiden Centraal). Rent a bicycle from one of the nearby rental shops. Exit the station and head southwest on Stationsweg. After about 200 meters, turn right onto Beestenmarkt and continue cycling. You will pass the Hooglandse Kerk on your left, which is a great landmark to see. Continue cycling straight down Breestraat until you reach the intersection with Haarlemmerstraat. Turn right onto Haarlemmerstraat. Follow this street for about 1 kilometer, and you will arrive at Max Euweplein, where you can park your bicycle in the designated bike racks.

    Public Transport

    From Leiden Centraal station, board a train heading towards Amsterdam. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Centraal station, exit the station and head towards the tram stop located right outside the station. Take tram line 2 or 12 towards the direction of 'Dam' or 'Zuid'.
