Turn left onto Herengracht and walk until you reach the bridge over the canal. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto the Breestraat. Walk along Breestraat until you reach the intersection with the Botermarkt. Here, turn right onto the Botermarkt, and continue walking until you reach the main square, Markt. From Markt, take the bus number 43 towards Utrecht and get off at the 'Utrecht, Vaartsche Rijn' stop. From there, it's a short walk to Agnietenstraat 2, where the Nijntje Museum is located.
