Getting There

• Walking

  Start at the Leiden Central Station. Exit the station and head southwest on Stationsweg toward Beestenmarkt. Continue straight to cross the bridge to Hooigracht. Follow Hooigracht until you reach the intersection with Breestraat. Turn left onto Breestraat and continue walking until you reach the city center. From there, make your way to the bus stop at the Beestenmarkt. Take bus line 40 towards Rotterdam and get off at the Rotterdam Central Station. From there, transfer to metro line D towards De Akkers and get off at the Maashaven station. From Maashaven, walk south on Maashavenweg and then take a left onto 3e Katendrechtse Hoofd. S.S. Rotterdam will be on your left.

• Bicycle

  Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops available in Leiden. Start from the city center and head south towards the Vliet. Follow the cycling path along the Vliet. Continue cycling until you reach the junction with the N206 road. Follow the signs for Rotterdam, which will lead you to the A4 cycling route. Follow this route into Rotterdam. Once you reach the city, continue cycling towards the harbor area. Follow the signs for S.S. Rotterdam, located at 3e Katendrechtse Hoofd. The journey should take approximately 40-50 minutes.

• Public Transport

  From Leiden Central Station, board the Intercity train towards Rotterdam Central Station. This journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Rotterdam Central Station, exit the station and look for the metro entrance. Take metro line D towards De Akkers and get off at Maashaven station. From Maashaven, exit the station and walk south on Maashavenweg, then turn left onto 3e Katendrechtse Hoofd. The S.S. Rotterdam will be located at this address.
