Catch Tram 5 towards Amstelveen, and get off at 'Zuidplein' (approximately 5 minutes). From 'Zuidplein', it is a 10-minute walk to Eerste van der Helststraat 53III. Head south on Zuidplein, turn left onto the Eerste van der Helststraat, and you will find The Beer Tree at number 53III.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Leiden. Head towards the north on the Vrouwensteeg, and follow the bike path to the Witte Singel.
