From Leiden Central Station, take the Intercity train towards Amsterdam Central. The journey takes approximately 35 minutes. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Zuid Station, exit the station and follow the signs to the Europaboulevard exit. After exiting, turn left and walk straight along the Europaboulevard for about 10 minutes until you reach The Upside Down Amsterdam, located at Europaboulevard 5.

This route takes you through beautiful countryside and will take approximately 50 minutes to an hour. Walking from the center of Leiden is quite a trek; however, if you enjoy a long stroll, you can walk to Amsterdam. Start from the city center and head towards the N206, following the bike path towards Amsterdam. The distance is around 40 km, so be prepared with comfortable shoes and water. Once you arrive in Amsterdam, make your way to the Europaboulevard and The Upside Down Amsterdam, located at Europaboulevard 5.
