Getting There

  • Walking

    From the Leiden Central Station, exit the station and head south towards Stationsweg. Continue straight onto Stationsweg, which will turn into Korte Mare. Follow Korte Mare until you reach the intersection with Haarlemmerstraat. Turn left onto Haarlemmerstraat and continue walking until you reach the train station at Leiden. From there, take a train to Amsterdam Central Station. Upon arrival at Amsterdam Central Station, exit the station and head towards the Damrak street. Walk straight down Damrak until you reach the intersection with Rokin. Turn right onto Rokin and continue until you reach the intersection with Spui. Turn left onto Spui and follow it until you reach Zuiderkerkhof. The Zuiderkerk will be on your left at Zuiderkerkhof 72.

  • Bus

    From Leiden Central Station, walk to the bus stop located just outside the station. Look for bus lines 43 or 54 heading towards Amsterdam. Board the bus and travel until you reach Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station. From Sloterdijk, transfer to train line Intercity to Amsterdam Central Station. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Central Station, exit the station and walk towards Damrak street. Continue down Damrak until you reach Rokin, turn right and walk until you reach Spui. Turn left onto Spui and follow it until you arrive at Zuiderkerkhof. The Zuiderkerk will be at Zuiderkerkhof 72.

  • Train

    Start at Leiden Central Station and board an Intercity train to Amsterdam Central Station. The journey will take approximately 35 minutes. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Central Station, exit the station and proceed to Damrak. Walk along Damrak until you reach Rokin, then turn right. Continue straight until you reach Spui, where you will turn left. Walk along Spui until you reach Zuiderkerkhof. The Zuiderkerk is located at Zuiderkerkhof 72, on your left side.
