From the center of Leiden, head towards the central train station, Leiden Centraal. Once at the station, take the train to Haarlem. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Haarlem station, exit and walk towards the main street, which is called 'Kruisweg'. Continue straight on 'Kruisweg' until you reach the first major intersection. Turn left onto 'Zijlweg' and follow this road until you reach 'Vrouwestraat'. Turn right onto 'Vrouwestraat', and you will find the Bakenesserkerk at number 12 on your left.

From the center of Leiden, walk to the nearest bus stop at 'Leiden, Breestraat'. Take bus line 50 towards Haarlem and get off at 'Haarlem, Station'. This journey lasts approximately 40 minutes.
