Walk
From the center of Leiden, head to the Leiden Central Station. Once you reach the station, take the train to Rotterdam Centraal. The train ride will take approximately 25 minutes. After arriving at Rotterdam Centraal, exit the station and head towards the main exit. You will see the large square in front of the station. From there, walk straight towards the Wilhelminapier, following the signs for the waterfront. Continue along the waterfront until you reach Boompjeskade. The monument, de Boeg, will be located along this road.
Public Transport
Start at the Leiden Central Station and take a train to Rotterdam Centraal. Trains run frequently, so you should not have to wait long. Once you arrive at Rotterdam Centraal, you can take tram line 7 towards Willemsplein. Get off at the 'Wilhelminaplein' stop. From there, it’s a short walk to Boompjeskade. Follow the signs towards the waterfront and you will find de Boeg along the promenade.
