Walking
If you're starting from the center of Leiden, head towards the train station, Leiden Centraal. From the station, take the train to Haarlem. Trains to Haarlem run frequently, approximately every 15-30 minutes. Upon arriving at Haarlem train station, exit the station and head left towards the city center. Walk straight down the Stationsplein, which will turn into the Gedempte Oude Gracht. Continue along this street until you reach a square, the Grote Markt. Grote Markt 18 is located right at the square, recognizable by its historic buildings and lively atmosphere.

From Leiden city center, you can take bus line 50 towards Haarlem. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop, such as 'Leiden, Raamsteeg'. After about 30 minutes, disembark at 'Haarlem, Grote Markt'. Once you get off, you will be right at the Grote Markt. Look for Grote Markt 18, which is located in the square surrounded by cafes and shops.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the many rental shops in Leiden. Head towards the south, taking the route along the Nieuwe Rijn until you reach the A44 highway. Follow the signs for Haarlem. The cycling distance is about 15 kilometers and will take approximately 45 minutes. Upon reaching Haarlem, enter the city via the Spaarne river and continue straight until you arrive at the Grote Markt. Look for number 18, which is a short distance from the central square.
