Walking
If you are in the city center of Leiden, start at the main train station, Leiden Centraal. Exit the station and head southeast towards the city center. Walk straight along Stationsweg until you reach the intersection with Breestraat. Turn right onto Breestraat and continue walking until you reach the market square, where you will find the iconic Stadhuis (City Hall) on your right. From there, head straight down the street, following the signs to The Hague. This will lead you to a bus station where you can catch a bus to The Hague.
Bus
At the bus station near the Stadhuis in Leiden, look for buses heading towards The Hague (Den Haag). You should find buses marked with destinations like 'Den Haag Centraal'. Purchase your ticket from a vending machine or at the bus counter. Board the bus and enjoy the ride, which will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Den Haag Centraal station, you'll need to exit the bus and follow the signs for the tram station.
Tram
From Den Haag Centraal, follow the signs to the tram station located right outside the train station. You will want to take tram line 1 or 17 towards 'Noordeinde' or 'Scheveningen'. The ride will take about 10 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Plein' which is very close to your destination.
Walking
After getting off the tram at the 'Plein' stop, you will be in a vibrant square. Walk towards the main square, and you will see Het Plein directly in front of you. The address is Plein 17A, 2511 CR Den Haag. Enjoy your visit to this historical landmark!
