From Leiden Central Station, take a train to Rotterdam Centraal. Trains run frequently, and the journey takes about 40-50 minutes. Once you arrive at Rotterdam Centraal, follow the signs to the Metro station located inside the train station.

At Rotterdam Centraal Metro Station, take Metro Line D (direction De Akkers) or Metro Line E (direction Slinge). Get off at the 'Beurs' station. Upon exiting the Metro, follow the signs towards 'Mauritsweg.'
Walking
Once you exit 'Beurs' station, head northeast on the street called Beursplein. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Mauritsweg. Turn right onto Mauritsweg, and continue walking for about 100 meters. You will find the Pauluskerk located on your left at Mauritsweg 20.
