Get off at Amsterdam, Centraal Station (this will take about 30-35 minutes). From Centraal Station, walk towards the IJ river, then turn left onto the Damrak. Continue straight until you reach Dam Square, and from there, take the Rokin street heading south. After about a 10-minute walk, turn right onto Prinsengracht. Van Brienenhofje will be on your right at the address Prinsengracht 89-133.
