Public Transport
Start at Maastricht Central Station. From the station, take bus number 8 towards 'Bunde.' You can find the bus stop just outside the station. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the 'Hartelstein' stop. Once you disembark, walk directly towards the Hartelstein Castle Farm, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Follow the signs leading you to 'Hartelstein 204, 6223 HV Maastricht.'

You can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Maastricht, such as 'Maastricht Bike Rental' near the city center. Once you have your bike, head southeast towards the Maas River. Follow the riverbank path until you reach the bridge at 'Hoge Brug.' Cross the bridge, and continue on the bike path leading you toward the 'Hartelstein' area. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. When you reach Hartelstein, look for the sign of 'Hartelstein Castle Farm' at Hartelstein 204.

If you prefer to walk, start from the city center of Maastricht, near the Vrijthof square. Head southeast towards the 'Sint Servaasbrug' bridge and cross over the Maas River.
