You will find signs directing you to the train station (Maastricht Station). Upon reaching the station, take the train to Roermond. The train journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Roermond station, exit the station and walk towards the city center, which is about a 15-minute walk. Head north on Stationsstraat, then turn left onto Molenbeek.
