Walking
From the central train station in Nijmegen, exit the station and head southwest on Stationsplein. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Molenstraat. Turn right onto Molenstraat and walk until you reach the intersection with the Grote Markt. From there, continue straight onto the Waalkade, a scenic riverside path. Keep walking along the Waalkade for about 10 minutes until you reach the ferry terminal. Take the ferry across the Waal River to the other side. Once you disembark, head straight towards the city center of Deventer. Follow the signs to the Burgemeester de Leeuwstraat, then turn left onto Bagijnenstraat. The Burgerweeshuis will be on your right at Bagijnenstraat 9.

Public Transport
From the central train station in Nijmegen, take bus line 5 towards Deventer. The bus stop is located just outside the station. After approximately 30 minutes, you will arrive at Deventer station. From Deventer station, exit the station and walk towards the main road, then head right to follow the signs to the city center. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with the Bagijnenstraat, where you will turn left. The Burgerweeshuis is located at Bagijnenstraat 9, on your left.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the rental shops in Nijmegen. Head out of the city center towards the Waalbrug (Waal Bridge) and cross the river. Once you are across, continue straight on the main road, which will lead you directly to Deventer. Follow the signs towards the city center and once you arrive in Deventer, find your way to Bagijnenstraat. The Burgerweeshuis is located at Bagijnenstraat 9, where you can park your bike nearby.
