Private WW II Tour: Nazi Camp, WW2 battle grounds and cemetery
One of the best tours I’ve ever been on
This was an absolutely incredible experience. The Operation Market Garden museum was very informative. The small tour group was mainly Canadian, so we visited the Canadian WWII cemetery afterwards, and then took a detour into Germany since it was so close. After, we visited Vught, a concentration camp, and learned about the horrors that happened there. The tour was poignant and moving, and the best part of all was our guide who was a wealth of knowledge on the subjects and on Dutch history and culture in general. She shared her family’s sad WWII stories with us, helping us connect the tragedies of 80+ years ago to today. I will always remember this day. If I ever revisit Amsterdam again, I will absolutely book (at least) one of their other tours, as I have no doubt they’re equally informative and memorable.

Small group WWII Tour: Nazi concentration Camp & Battle of Arnhem
A must do when in Amsterdam
A must do. I cannot recommend this tour enough. This is a small, intimate tour with a very knowledgeable guide. The tour guide takes the time to share their own personal experiences, which adds another layer to the tour which is absolutely moving.

Fantastic
Would highly recommend Martin. Martin was fantastic and so knowledgeable about all things WW11 . The museum was probably the best we’ve ever been to and the barge trip back was great.
