Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving to Calandmonument from within Rijnmond, use your GPS to navigate to Veerkade, 5611 ZG Rotterdam. From the A15 motorway, take the exit toward Rotterdam Centrum. Follow the signs towards the city center and then Veerkade. There is limited street parking available nearby, and some parking garages may charge a fee, typically around €1.50 per hour.

• Public Transportation - Train

  For those traveling by train, head to the closest station, which is Rotterdam Centraal. From there, it's a short walk to Calandmonument. Exit the station, and head southwest towards the city center. Walk along the Coolsingel until you reach the intersection with Veerkade. The monument will be on your right. The train fare from other cities in Rijnmond to Rotterdam Centraal varies but is generally between €5-€10.

• Public Transportation - Tram

  If you're near a tram stop, you can take tram line 7 or 20 towards the city center. Get off at the stop 'Kruisplein' and walk towards Coolsingel. From there, proceed to Veerkade.   If you are already in the central area of Rotterdam, Calandmonument is quite accessible on foot. Simply navigate towards Veerkade from your location, and look for the monument, which is a short walk away from major attractions like the Markthal.
