If you're driving to Kabouterland, head towards Exloo. From the center of Rivierenland, take the A15 highway towards Tiel and then merge onto the A12 towards Arnhem. Continue on the A12 for about 30 kilometers. Take the exit towards N34 in the direction of Emmen. Follow the N34 for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the exit for Exloo. Once in Exloo, navigate to Zuiderhoofdstraat 11, where Kabouterland is located. Parking is available on-site, and it's free.

For those using public transportation, start by taking a train from any major station in Rivierenland to Emmen station. The journey typically takes around 1 to 1.5 hours depending on your starting location. From Emmen station, take bus line 20 towards Exloo. The bus ride will take about 25 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Exloo, Zuiderhoofdstraat'. Kabouterland is a short walk from the bus stop; follow the signs towards Zuiderhoofdstraat 11. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as service may vary.
