Getting there

Walking

If you are in the city center, head towards the Stadhuis (City Hall) located on the Stadhuisplein. From there, walk east on the Lijnbaan street until you reach the Beurs subway station. Take the subway line D (towards De Akkers) and get off at the next stop, which is Beurs. Exit the station and walk south on the Westblaak street. Continue straight until you reach the Grotekerkplein. The Erasmus Monument will be on your right, at Grotekerkplein 50.

Public Transport - Tram

If you are near the Rotterdam Centraal Station, take tram line 4 (towards Tarwewijk) or tram line 7 (towards Willemsplein). Get off at the stop named 'Grotekerkplein'. From the tram stop, walk a short distance south and you will find the Erasmus Monument directly in front of you at Grotekerkplein 50.

Bicycle

If you are renting a bicycle, start from the Museumpark. Head north on the Westzeedijk street and continue until you reach the intersection with the Westblaak street. Turn right and cycle down Westblaak until you arrive at the Grotekerkplein. The Erasmus Monument will be located at Grotekerkplein 50, right at the square.
