Getting There

  • Walking

    If you're starting from Rotterdam Central Station, exit the station and head southeast on Stationsplein. Continue straight to the intersection with Weena and turn left. Walk straight until you reach the crossroads with the Coolsingel. Turn right onto Coolsingel, and walk towards the city center. Continue until you see the Hofplein fountain. From there, turn left onto the Westersingel. Follow the Westersingel until it turns into the Grotekerkplein where the Erasmus Monument is located at Grotekerkplein 50.

  • Public Transport - Tram

    From Rotterdam Central Station, take tram line 4 towards 'Varkenoordseweg.' Ride for 5 stops and get off at 'Blaak.' From the tram stop, walk towards the north on Blaak street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Oudehaven. Turn left onto the Oudehaven and walk straight. You will see the Erasmus Monument in the Grotekerkplein on your right.
