Getting There

• Train

  From Rotterdam Central Station, take a train to The Hague Central Station (Den Haag Centraal). Trains run frequently and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at The Hague Central Station, exit the station and follow the signs to the tram stop. Take tram line 9 towards Scheveningen and get off at the 'Kijkduin' stop. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to Sea Life Scheveningen. Head towards the beach, and when you reach the Strandweg, turn left. Continue walking until you see Sea Life on your right.

• Bus

  From Rotterdam Central Station, take bus line 33 towards The Hague. After approximately 40 minutes, get off at the 'Scheveningen Strand' stop. From there, it's a 5-minute walk to Sea Life Scheveningen. Head towards the beach and walk along the promenade until you reach Strandweg. Turn left and Sea Life will be on your right at Strandweg 13.

• Bicycle

  If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle in Rotterdam. Head towards the cycle paths leading to The Hague, which is about 30 km away. Follow the signs for the 'Fietsroute' towards Scheveningen. Once you arrive in Scheveningen, head towards the beach area and follow Strandweg. Sea Life Scheveningen will be located at Strandweg 13. This option is perfect for enjoying the scenic views along the way!

• Taxi or Rideshare

  You can easily get a taxi or use rideshare apps like Uber from anywhere in Rotterdam to Sea Life Scheveningen. Simply input 'Strandweg 13, Scheveningen, The Hague' as your destination. The ride will take approximately 40 minutes, depending on traffic. This is the most direct and convenient option if you're traveling with a group or have heavy luggage.
