If you are in the Centrum area, head towards the waterfront along the Witte de Withstraat. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with the Delftsevaart canal. Turn left onto Delftsevaart. Follow this road for about 300 meters, and you will see Oude Kleine Loopbrug on your right. It's a charming historical bridge that spans the canal.

From any central location, find the nearest tram stop. Take tram line 7 or 8 towards the direction of 'Rotterdam Zoo' or 'Spijkenisse'. Get off at the 'Delftsevaart' stop. After exiting the tram, walk straight for about 200 meters along Delftsevaart, and you will find Oude Kleine Loopbrug on your left. A single tram ticket costs approximately €3.00.
