If you are in Kop van Zuid, start by heading north towards the Wilhelminapier. From there, walk along the waterfront promenade towards the Erasmus Bridge, which is a prominent landmark. Cross the Erasmus Bridge, enjoying the views of the harbor. Once you reach the other side, follow the signs towards the city center. Continue on the route that takes you to the Rijnhaven, then take a left towards the Coolsingel. After walking a few blocks, you will see Haagseveer Street on your right. Turn onto Haagseveer Street, and after a short walk, you will arrive at Nieuwe Delftse Poort - Cor Kraat located at Haagseveer 7, 3011 AW Rotterdam.
