From Rotterdam Central Station, take a train to Gouda. Trains to Gouda are frequent and the journey takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Gouda train station, exit the station and head towards the main road called 'Stationsplein'.

After exiting Gouda train station, turn right onto 'Stationsplein'. Walk straight until you reach 'Korte Tiendeweg'. Turn left and follow this road, which later becomes 'Korte Groenendaal'. Continue straight until you reach 'Markt', a large square. The Stadhuis van Gouda (City Hall) will be located at Markt 1, right at the center of the square.

Alternatively, from Rotterdam Central Station, you can take bus line 170 or 172 towards Gouda. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Gouda, Markt' stop. From there, you can walk to Stadhuis van Gouda which is just a short 5-minute walk away at Markt 1.
