Getting There

  • Tram

    From any location in Noord, head to the nearest tram station. If you are near the Noorderplein, take tram line 7 towards the direction of 'Woudestein'. Stay on the tram for about 10 minutes, and disembark at the 'Blijdorp' stop. The zoo is a short 5-minute walk from the tram stop.

  • Bus

    If you are closer to the bus stops in Noord, you can take bus line 33 from 'Noordplein' towards 'Zuidplein'. Travel for approximately 15 minutes and get off at the 'Blijdorp Zoo' stop. Follow the signs to the entrance of the zoo, which is just a couple of minutes away.

  • Walking

    If you are already very close to the zoo, simply walk to Blijdorplaan 8. Follow the local streets towards Blijdorplaan. The zoo is well signposted, and you should be able to see the entrance from a distance.
