Experience Barbarossa Beach

Getting There

  • Car

    If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Scheveningen Beach and head southwest on the Keizerstraat. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Zwarte Pad. Turn right onto Zwarte Pad. Barbarossa Beach will be on your left at Zwarte Pad 61. There is street parking available, but be mindful of any parking fees that may apply.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach Barbarossa Beach via public transportation, you can take tram line 1 from Scheveningen Noorderstrand. Ride the tram towards The Hague and get off at the Zwarte Pad stop. Once you exit the tram, walk straight towards the beach, and Barbarossa Beach will be located at Zwarte Pad 61 on your left. A single ticket costs approximately €3.50.
