If you're at The Hague Central Station, take Tram 1 towards 'Scheveningen' and ride for about 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Kijkduin' stop. From there, walk straight on the Berkenbosch Blokstraat for about 5 minutes until you reach Our Lady of Lourdes Chapel at Berkenbosch Blokstraat 9A.

From The Hague Central Station, you can also take Bus 22 towards 'Scheveningen Noorderstrand'. After about 20 minutes, get off at 'Berkenbosch Blokstraat'. Walk a few steps back towards the intersection and you'll find the chapel on the left at Berkenbosch Blokstraat 9A.

If you're staying in the Scheveningen area, you can walk to Our Lady of Lourdes Chapel. Head towards the beach and follow the main road (Boulevard) until you reach the intersection with Berkenbosch Blokstraat.
