If you are driving, start from the main beach area in Scheveningen. Head northwest on Boulevard, then take a right onto Zwarte Pad. Follow Zwarte Pad until you reach the intersection with Keizerstraat. Turn left onto Keizerstraat and continue straight. Merge onto the A44 highway toward Amsterdam. Follow signs for A4, then A10 towards Amsterdam-Centrum. Take exit 2 from A10 and follow signs for Centrum. Continue on the roads leading into Amsterdam until you reach Max Euweplein at 1017 RR Amsterdam.

To reach Max Euweplein via public transportation, start at Scheveningen Beach. Walk to the nearest tram stop, which is 'Kurhaus.' Take tram line 1 towards 'Delft' and get off at 'Den Haag Centraal.' From Den Haag Centraal, transfer to the train towards Amsterdam Centraal. Upon arrival at Amsterdam Centraal, take tram line 12 or 1 towards 'Zuid' and get off at 'Max Euweplein.' You will see Max Euweplein located right at the tram stop.
